hello there I'm mister batarse and I'm your child's General music teacher here at Kennedy School I'd like to welcome all you parents to my virtual open house I've included my personal information in case she ever needed to contact me all of the lessons that I assign are done so via Google Classroom you can find all assignments found under the classwork tab from the home screen students usually have to submit in this car for Todd so if you find that your child has the classwork tab is an easy way to find out which is not been completed furthermore I try to update real time whenever work is turned in late because of the situation that we are all facing now I understand that students can be overwhelmed call the work that has to be completed I have not been lowering students grades when assignments are turning late I just encourage them to actually participate in and do them I also try to email parents when I see that their child has missed or Google meet which are held during each of their assigned. For music I know that this can be confusing cuz my son is missed a few himself due to the nature of our class I'm trying to focus on the creating aspect of Music more than the singing and playing live instruments we would typically do in this year students will be composing music under web-based dog or digital audio workstations as well as web-based composition tools such as flat. IO where students can create their own Melodies and harmonies Stephan there in person my expectations are fairly straightforward and simple I want students to actively participate in each Google meet as much as they possibly can this not only allows for students group interactions themselves how to feel a sense of belonging and normalcy Aaron's please make sure that you are updating your personal information whenever anything changes for that we may contact you in a timely manner whenever we need to finally I just like to thank you for all of your thank you for supporting your children I know this is not easy can be challenging many times we're here for you we're here for your for your kids and if there's anything that we can do please just make us aware again this is my email that you see on the screen that's the phone number of the school you can contact me in if you have any questions please feel free to reach out anytime
