hi my name is Allison con and I am the Speech & Language specialists at John F Kennedy School I have been working in North Bergen for the 6 years and this year is unlike any other but that said I just want to welcome you to the 2020 to 2021 school year the fields of speech is very Broad and your child focusing on specific goals based on their individual needs General goals include enhancing their overall language and communication skills by building their vocabulary improving their grammar skills as well as the reading and listening comprehension skills for some students their goals will focus on improving their speech production also known as their articulation skills or their skills as of now you should all have been contacted regarding your child speech and language X the information and reminders are always posted on your child's speech and language Google Classroom if you are still unsure of when your child has feel free to reach out and I will resend you the information a few general rules that I am asking that you follow is to please keep background noise and distractions to a minimum if and when pause keep your child in a quiet room and when necessary please sit with your child to help guide them through each session additionally please log in on time you can either email me at Akon at North Bergen.
