Welcome to Mrs. Cuervo's 8th Grade Math Class!!!

Welcome All,

 

My name is Mrs. Cuervo and I have been teaching here at John F. Kennedy School for 18 years.  I taught Basic Skills, 5th Grade, Gifted & Talented 5th and 6th grade, 7th grade math, and now 8th grade math.  I received my Bachelor's Degree at St. Peter's College in Elementary Education.  In addition, I received my Master's Degree at Montclair State University in Educational Leadership.    

 

I have always loved teaching and working with children.  I am willing to go the extra mile, but students have to put forward effort.  Parents, guardians, teachers and school leaders working together can help students succeed.

*2 Folders for Specials (Tech, World Language, Art, & Music)

*2 pencils, 2 black or blue pens, red pen and highlighter

*Notebook to write your homework

*(For Your Homeroom Only): 2 boxes tissues, bottle hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, 2 rolls paper towels

*fully charged chromebook EVERYDAY!!!
