Ms. Najjar (Resource- ICS)

Welcome!! My name is Ms. Najjar and this will be my 17th year teaching (14th year in the North Bergen school district). I would like personally to welcome you to the most incredible early childhood years your child will have in his/her school career. This is an exciting time as children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. I hope to make your child’s learning experience a fun and exciting one, as I work closely with students that need individualized attention. My hope is to instill a love of learning that will last throughout their years of schooling. Please keep in mind, each child will progress at his/her own rate, acquiring skills as he/she is developmentally ready. Therefore, maintaining each child’s self-esteem and building a secure foundation for growth will always remain top priority.

As the new school year begins, a heartfelt welcome is extended to my students and their families. I am excited about the year ahead and look forward to fostering a culture that embraces learning, critical thinking, creativity, empathy, and resilience. This year promises growth, discovery, and achievement. I am committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students thrive and families are valued partners in education.
